"I stopped in hoping to find some..."
I stopped in hoping to find some fresh spring options, but the seasonal selection felt limited. I asked a couple people about it and just kept getting passed around, like nobody really wanted to take ownership or help figure it out. Kind of disappointing overall.

This wreath actually looked really once I put it up. The colors were nicer than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It’s simple, but not boring at all, my door is the one that needed the help here.

I was disappointed with the delivery. It showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely gave me any useful updates. For what I paid, I really expected the process to be a lot smoother and more reliable...

"Pretty wreath, frustrating support experience"
The wreath itself was actually nice and looked fine once it arrived, but dealing with customer service was annoying. I emailed a couple times about my order and felt like I got stuck in a support loop, waiting days just to get a quick response that didn’t really answer what I asked. It felt like I was being passed along or bothering them for checking in. The order did show up eventually, but the customer service side definitely could’ve been handled better

"Nice wreaths, but I wish I’d waited"
The wreaths are nice and look good, but I do kind of regret paying this much for them. They’re okay for the price, I just feel like I probably could’ve found something similar for a bit less.

"Packed with real care"
My wreath arrived in a sturdy box and wasn’t squished at all. Everything inside was neat and secure, better packed than I expected. It just feels good to buy from someone who clearly takes responsibility for making sure things arrive the way they should.

"Cute wreath, well made tbh"
This wreath has that handmade look in a really nice way. A couple little pieces were a bit loose, but nothing major imo. Overall the craftsmanship is solid and I’m happy with it :)

"Nice customization, but a little confusing at first"
I liked how many options there were to customize things, though it almost felt like too many at first. It took me a minute to figure out what I actually wanted. The preview was helpful, but also not quite clear enough in some spots, if that makes sense. Overall it was a good experience, just not as smooth as I expected.

"Still looks good after a few weeks"
I didn’t expect it to stay fresh this long, but it’s been hanging on my front door for a couple weeks now and still looks really nice. It showed up fresh, hasn’t gotten all dried out or messy, and overall I’m happy with it.

"Looked cheap and started falling apart"
This wreath looked a lot better in the pictures. When I got it, it was kind of thin and messy-looking, and a few pieces were already coming loose like it was barely held together. Just not worth what I paid for it. Disappointing overall

I actually found a few wreaths I really liked, which was great. The website, though? Not exactly a smooth ride. Pages loaded super slowly for me, and the filters were about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Checkout was clunky too, and I was close to just giving up before I finally got my order through
